The Price List Editor gives you full control over your pricing, profit margins, and how your products are fulfilled.

Price Editing Options
Pic-Time gives you flexible tools to set and adjust pricing in your store, helping you cover costs and generate profit:
Pricing Presets – Use prices recommended by Pic-Time.
Pricing Markups – Apply a consistent markup to all products in your store.
Individual Product Pricing – Set or adjust the price for each product individually.
Volume and Tiered Pricing – Encourage larger orders by offering discounts for multiple purchases.
Pro Tip: When setting your pricing, consider any future sales or discounts. For example, if you plan to offer a 30% sale, make sure your markup still covers production costs and generates profit.
If a customer purchases a product below its base cost, you will be responsible for the difference. You can view base costs and product margins in the Price List Editor.
Pricing Presets
Pic-Time’s pre-made Pricing Presets make it easy to set consistent, profitable pricing on new or existing Price Lists.
Whether you’re just getting started or want to adjust pricing across your store, Pricing Presets make it easy to set consistent, profitable pricing with just a few clicks.

Apply a Markup
You can either apply a markup to the entire Price List, or to a product group.
Apply Markup to Price List
1. In your selected Price List, click Markup & Presets.
2. Choose whether to apply the markup to your cost price or current store price.
This is useful if you're running a promotion! Use it to offset a discount by applying extra markup across all products.
Enter your markup percentage and select rounding options. Click Apply.
Apply Markup to a Product Group
1. Hover over the product and click Edit Price.
2. Then click Markup & Presets to add a markup just to this product group.
3. You can also add or remove certain product sizes to curate your Shop. Click Apply to save your changes.
Individual Item Pricing
You can adjust pricing for specific products at any time:
1. Hover over the item and click Edit Price.
2. Update the Price and click Apply.
Pro Tip: When editing individual product prices, make sure to account for any future sales or discounts you may want to run. For example, if you plan to do a 30% sale during the holidays, ensure the adjusted price still covers production costs and generates profit. If an item is purchased below its base cost, you will be responsible for the difference.
Volume and Tiered Pricing
Encourage larger orders by offering discounts on multiple purchases.
To begin setting up Volume Pricing or Tiered Pricing, select checkmark under Volume Pricing next to the item you wish to edit and click Edit Volume Pricing.

Minimum Order Amount
You can require clients to meet a minimum spending amount before checking out in your shop. This is useful if you want to encourage larger purchases or ensure your time and costs are covered.
1. In the Price List you want to edit, click Settings, then select Min Order from the dropdown menu.
2. Enter your desired Minimum Order amount and click Apply to save.
The Minimum Order will now apply to all products within that Price List.
Create Custom Products
Offer unique items or services in your store by creating Custom Products.
When setting up a Custom Product, you can:
Add a Custom Form: Include fields to collect important client information directly at checkout. For example, you can create a Custom Product for a photography session and use the Custom Form feature to gather the details you need to finalize a booking.
Upload Custom Images: Personalize the product listing with your images, designs or product mockups.
Create Product Packages
Product Packages let you group multiple items and sell them at a single price. You can offer them alongside à la carte products or make packages the only option in your store.
Pro Tip: Packages are a great way to encourage larger orders, especially when priced slightly lower than buying items individually.
With Product Packages, you can:
Build a custom package or start with a Package Template.
Mix and match products by adding them to your packages.
Offer a Full Gallery Download for purchase or create Digital Download Packages.
Fulfillment Options
Pic-Time lets you choose how your products are fulfilled, either through a lab or by handling them yourself.
Lab-Fulfilled Products
With Lab Fulfillment, the lab manages production and shipping. You can choose or update preferred labs for each Price List based on the products they offer, their location, or where they ship to.
You can choose to have lab-fulfilled products shipped to yourself first and then send them to your clients, or allow clients to pick up the products directly from you.
Setting up Lab Fulfillment
1. In your selected Price List, hover over the product, and click Edit Price.
2. Locate the item and under the Fulfillment column, click on the drop-down arrow to select the desired lab.
3. Click Apply to save.
4. Once the order is placed, the chosen lab will be displayed in the specific order under your Sales Automation > Orders tab.
The lab will fulfill the item and ship it to the address provided by the client.
Self-Fulfilled Products
If you choose the Self-Fulfillment option, you can use Pic-Time to:
Set up to cover Shipping yourself
Setting up Self-Fulfillment
If you would like to self-fulfill any products, you first need to list yourself as the seller, and make sure you are on a Professional or Advanced plan.
1. In your selected Price List, hover over the product, and click Edit Price.
2. Locate the item and click the drop-down arrow to select self-fulfill under the fulfillment column.
3. If you have not set up your shipping tiers for self-fulfillment, it will prompt you to do so. Click Apply to save. Make sure to also adjust your store seller settings if you haven’t done so already.
4. Adjust pricing and shipping tier if needed and click Apply to save.
You can repeat this process for each product and product variant. Alternatively, when creating a new Price List manually, you can select Self-Fulfillment for your entire Price List.
Please Note: Products that feature Pic-Time designs have a flat design cost. Fine Art Albums, Layflat Albums, Everyday Albums, Hardcover Books, and Magazines have a flat fee of $5 (USD). Foiled and regular Greeting Cards have a flat fee of $2 (USD).
5. Once the order is placed by the client, it will be ready to be self-fulfilled by you.
You can see all your orders in Sales & Automations > Orders tab > Self-Fulfill. Click on any of the orders to see what your client purchased and download the files.
