Pic-Time’s Art Galleries allow you to showcase your unique artwork and price each piece individually. This lets you value the product based on the image or piece itself, rather than just on the product in general.

Create a Price List

You’ll first want to create a price list so that when creating products in your Art Gallery, their printer and default pricing will be automatically applied.

Please Note: It is important that you review and choose a lab for your price list and assign the price list to the art gallery before adding the products to the art gallery.

1. To create a new price list, go to Settings from the Main Dashboard.

undefined

2. Under Store Pricing, click Edit Price Lists to create a new Art Gallery price list. Learn more about creating price lists here and the Pricing Presets here.

undefined

3. After creating your price list, you can decide which products in general you would like to offer and checkmark to enable or disable the products.

undefined

4. Click on each product to edit the price and enable whatever sizes and finishes you’d like to offer. We recommend a small, curated selection for your clients.

Assign Price List to Gallery

After creating your price list, selecting printers and products, and setting the default price for each product, go to the specific Art Gallery to assign the price list.

1. Click on Art Galleries from the Main Dashboard.

undefined

2. In the Galleries tab, click on the pencil icon to edit an existing gallery or click + New Gallery to create a new Art Gallery.

undefined

3. In the Gallery Setup tab, select your price list from the Price List dropdown.

Please Note: if you are applying a new price list to an existing gallery with products, those products will be affected and will need to be edited for the new printer specs to be updated.

undefined

4. Then continue to create and edit products in the Art Gallery tab, by clicking + Add Product or by clicking on the pencil icon on each product.

undefined

5. In the product editor, you can set a price for that individual product variant.

undefined

Update Product Pricing

For existing products, easily update the pricing across any and all products in your Art Galleries.

1. Click on Art Galleries from the Main Dashboard.

undefined

2. In the Pricing tab, you’ll see a list of all the products in your Art Galleries. Easily update each product’s price individually.

undefined

3. Use the Filter option to filter products in specific galleries, based on product type, profit margin, and more. Narrow your selection down by filtering with multiple categories.

undefined

4. Click the Markup button to markup the filtered products.

undefined

5. You can apply a percentage markup based on the existing customer-facing Price of the product or on the lab’s production Cost of the product.

undefined

6. Or you can apply a fixed $ price to all the filtered products. Click Apply to update the pricing.

undefined

7. After finalizing your pricing, you can create marketing apps to encourage your customers to receive the gift of art.
