The expected delivery date is shown to clients so they know when to expect their order, generally. If you prefer, you can hide this information from your clients.
Hiding the Expected Delivery Date
1. From the Main Dashboard, go to Settings.
2. In the Store Pricing tab, select your preferred Price List.
3. Click on Settings, and choose Hide Expected delivery date from the dropdown menu.
4. Use the dropdown to select whether to hide the date for all products, or only for products that you ship yourself (including local Pickup). Click Apply.
5. We recommend letting your clients know that there is no expected delivery date, as Pic-Time support will direct clients to contact you directly if this option is chosen.
Click Continue to confirm your preference.
Once applied, the expected delivery date will be hidden from your clients in the shopping cart, Orders page, and the order confirmation email.
