If there is a more detailed breakdown available, it will be linked within each lab's section. Please see the table of contents to the right to find your preferred lab. Happy Holidays! From now until Dec 31, 2024, there is a $10 USD flat rate Economy Shipping for US Labs shipping domestically through the contiguous US (some exceptions apply in the case of 40x60” Frames/Matted Frames/Canvas).
If you'd like to offer your clients free shipping (in which case you are charged the $10 USD flat rate), you can set it up in your Store Pricing, or with a free shipping discount!
How labs calculate shipping
There are 4 ways our lab partners calculate their shipping prices. We've indicated which method each lab uses, with examples and a more detailed breakdown of each.
Flat rate - these labs provide a single shipping price based on location and shipping method only. It doesn't matter how many products or different types of products are ordered.
Flat rate for highest product category needed - these labs provide a single shipping price based on location, shipping method, and types of products, and will take the highest shipping price only. This means that if prints cost $5 to ship and albums cost $10 to ship, the shipping price will be $10 only, no matter how many prints or albums are in the order.
Weight-based - these labs provide shipping based on the overall weight of the order, and may differ between types of products and shipping locations.
Base, package, and unit - these labs provide shipping based on the initial cost of shipping the product, as well as how many products can fit into a package.
