You can easily adjust your store products to be fulfilled by a different lab.
There are two methods for switching labs. The first method is best for switching individual products, if you want to keep some products with an existing lab, and only switch labs for specific products (keep in mind that not all labs offer every product). Our second method is best for switching all products to a new lab.
Please Note: Keep in mind that fulfilling products through multiple labs will result in higher shipping costs if your clients order products from multiple labs. You can limit high shipping costs by limiting the number of different labs you use.
Method 1: Switching Individual Products.
1. From your Main Photographer Dashboard, click on Settings.
2. Under the Store Pricing tab, hover over an item and click Edit Price.
3. Locate the variant you would like to adjust, and under the Fulfillment column choose the new lab.
4. Click Apply to save your changes.
Pro Tip: Don’t forget to change fulfillers in the different product types (For example, Semi-Gloss, Matte, Fine Art), and also across different price lists.
Method 2: Switching All Products to a Different Lab
A quick way to switch all products to a different lab is to create a new Price List. Learn how to create a new Price List with the new lab by following the steps here.
Then after creating the new Price List, assign it to your existing galleries. You can do this in bulk by following the steps here.
If you like, you can then delete the old Price List to avoid confusion later by following the steps here.
