When an order is placed in your gallery Shop and fulfilled through a Pic-Time lab, the lab will normally ship the order to the client’s address.

Pic-Time allows you to choose to have the order shipped to your address instead, allowing you to review or customize the order before sending it to the client. You then assume responsibility for re-shipping the order.

Setting up Ship to Me First option

1. From the Main Dashboard, click Settings.

2. Go to the Store Pricing tab, and select the relevant Price List.

3. Hover over the product, and click Edit Price.

4. Click on Ship to me first.

5. Check Apply to Product to apply this shipping option to all product sizes in the current product variant view.

6. Optionally, check the box to apply this setting only for international orders (orders that would be shipped internationally from the lab to the client’s address).

7. Select the shipping method from the lab to your address.

8. Set Processing Time - add extra processing days to account for the time it will take to receive and handle the order. This will be included in the client’s estimated delivery time.

9. Click Save Changes.

10. When opting to ship to yourself first, you will need to set up Self fulfill shipping. Click the pencil icon to edit the rates.

Click here for full instructions on self-fulfill shipping setup.

11. Adjust your Shipping Tier rates for this product (the rates your clients will pay at checkout). Click Apply when finished.

Accessing shipping information

You can find the shipping info for your client’s order in the Orders tab:

1. Go to Sales & Automation > Orders and click on the specific order.

2. Click on Shipping in the top menu.

3. Here you will find the client’s shipping address under Delivery.

4. Once you are ready to ship the order, you can send the tracking information to your client. Click on the box icon.

5. Choose the Carrier (shipping courier), enter the Tracking Number and click Mark as Shipped when complete. Your client will then receive an email with their tracking information.
