If an order is on hold you can update images in the order before it is sent to production.

There are two methods to updating photos in an order while the order is on hold. Choose the option that is most relevant for you.

How to update a photo in an order and in the gallery

  1. Rename the file on your computer to the same name as the original file you are replacing.

  2. Upload the file into the same gallery. Due to it having the same name as an existing file, you will be asked if you want to replace the file. Click Replace Existing

  3. Once the file is replaced in the gallery, the order will use the new file. To check it, go to Orders, click into the order, and click the pencil icon to edit the order

    undefined

  4. You will see the replaced file in the order. You can check cropping and make any other adjustments to the item in the order. When finished click Done Editing.

  5. Once you have replaced all the files you would like to update and are ready for the order to proceed into production, click Approve.

    undefined

  6. The updated files will be included with the order for production.

How to update the file in the order only

  1. Click the + to add a new scene in the gallery

  2. Upload the new file to this scene. Be sure that this file has a unique filename. If it has the same filename as an existing photo it will replace an existing file in the gallery.

  3. Hide the new scene from all user types. This will ensure nobody sees the new photo in the gallery.

  4. Go to the order (in Sales & Automation > Orders), and click the pencil icon next to the item you want to edit in the order.

  5. Delete the original image in the order, and choose the replacement image. Click Done Editing.

  6. Once you have replaced all the files you would like to update and are ready for the order to proceed into production, click Approve.

  7. The updated files will be included with the order for production.
