Through the Photos tab in each gallery, you can adjust the order of the images. Changing the image sequence is done through sorting the images by filename, upload time, date (according to the EXIF camera data), Rainbow color sorting, random, and as well as manually selecting photos and dragging them to the desired location. By default, images are sorted by date during the initial upload.

If multiple cameras are used, it’s important to sync the time on all cameras before starting the session. If cameras weren’t synced prior to the session you can sync during post processing.

Sorting all Photos by Date, Filename, Upload Time, Rainbow, or Randomly

1. Begin by selecting the gallery and clicking the Photos tab. Click Sort and select Date Captured, Filename, Upload Time, Date Captured (Reverse) Filename (Reverse), Upload Time (Reverse), or Random.

Date Captured, Filename, and Upload Time will display in ascending order (001.jpg, 002.jpg, etc.), and Reverse will display the photos in descending order.

The Rainbow sorting option is slightly different in its ascending order. The Rainbow option sorts images based on the hue of the images, assigning them an order based on rainbow color order. The reverse can also occur for this sorting option, where images would be displayed in the rainbow's reverse order.

2. Click OK to verify that you would like to sort the images. All images in the gallery will be sorted.

Managing Photos

To manage photos in a gallery, begin by selecting images in the Photos tab of the gallery and then click the Manage photos dropdown.

Move to Scene

To move your selection of photos to a different scene, click Move to scene. Select the scene you would like to move the photos to.

The photos will be moved to the selected scene.

Set as Highlights

To set your selection of photos as highlights, click Set as Highlights.

A highlight scene will be created with the selected images. If you have an existing highlights scene, the selected photos will be added to the existing scene.

To remove images from the highlights scene, select the image(s) and click Manage photos. Click Remove from highlights.

Please Note: When creating a highlights scene, the image previews are copied over to a new scene called “Highlights” that can be displayed at the top of the gallery. However, only the previews of the images are copies, the photo itself doesn’t get duplicated in the gallery so your client(s) can download their galleries without receiving any duplicates from the Highlight scene.

Set as Cover

To set an image as the cover photo of the gallery, select your desired image and then click Set as cover.

Delete Photos

To delete the selection of photos, click Delete. Click Yes to confirm.
