Download the CSV list of client downloads, Favorites Lists, order photos, etc., and use them in Lightroom. If you're using the Lightroom Plug-in, we suggest utilizing the Sync function to easily Sync client Selections and Favorites instead.

When downloading the CSV list, you have the option to add a file extension to the filenames (for example .JPG, .PNG etc.). This may help with more accurate search results when searching in Lightroom or through your computer files, as Lightroom may not always pull up accurate results. You can also copy the filenames without downloading the CSV document to your computer. The CSV generated is based on the filenames uploaded to Pic-Time.

Downloading a CSV List

1. Click CSV List to download.

2. If needed, type the extension you would like to add to the filenames.

3. You can click Download CSV to download a text file or click Copy for Lightroom to copy the list (which can be pasted into the Lightroom search bar).

Search in Lightroom

1. In the Library module, select the gallery where you would like to search for the files. In the first drop-down menu for Searchable Text select Filename.

2. In the second drop-down menu, select Contains.

3. Paste the CSV list in the Search Bar. You can search all of the filenames separated by a coma at the same time.
