Before an order is sent to production, you can add a hold period so you are able to review the order and make adjustments as needed. The hold period allows you to make sure that the crop and selections of the photos are correct. You can adjust the settings so certain products in the store do not require to be held, such as image downloads. If an order consists of products that are on hold and products that are set to skip the hold, the whole order will be held until approved by you the photographer or until the holding day period has been reached.

Hold Orders

1. Click Settings from the Main Dashboard.

undefined

2. Under the Store Settings tab, select the number of days you would like to hold the order before it goes to production. We recommend you give yourself a sufficient amount of days to be able to review the orders before it is sent to production.

undefined

3. To skip the hold period for specific products, checkmark Skip for specific products and click Select Products.

undefined

4. Select the product and click Apply.

undefined

5. Once an order is placed by your client, it will be available for review under Sales & Automation > Orders.

undefined

6. Select the order you would like to review.

undefined

7. Click the pencil icon to edit the order.

undefined

8. Here you can edit the client's design by adjusting the photo selection and crop of the images. Click Done Editing to update the order and save your changes.

Please Note: At any point during the editing process, you can click Original Design and it will revert back to the client's original product design.
