How do I Set Up a late Classic Holiday Sale?

If you’re late sending the Classic Holiday Sale app to your clients, don’t worry. We’ve gathered all the information you may need to still give your clients a smooth and easy holiday shopping experience.

Note About the App

  • If you are using a preset to update your store pricing, you will still need to manually update the prices for any custom products, self fulfilled products, product packages, and photo downloads.

  • The discounts in the apps are limited to built-in Pic-Time products only (lab fulfilled and self fulfilled). If you have custom products, product packages, photo downloads, or products from other apps such as the digital gift card, you can edit the discount so it is not limited to specific products.

  • The emails showcase personalized product photos. Check the emails, and if you don’t offer the products shown, easily change the email layout.

  • If you are changing the Language, you will also need to adjust the Design Template and Discount. Learn more here.

Quick Install

Because the app is completely designed for you already, you can easily install and assign it to your galleries right away using our Holiday Setup Tool! From your Main Dashboard, click on the Holiday Wizard, and simply follow the instructions.

Campaign Start Date

Do not change the Campaign Start Date, as changing it at this late stage may cause issues.

After November 21st and before November 25th

Use the app as is. If you are assigning the app after the Campaign Start Date time, then the Announce email will be sent immediately when you assign the app to your galleries.

After November 25st and before November 28th

When assigning the app to your galleries, the 25-Nov 8:00 email will be sent immediately.

If you like, you can instead DELETE this 25 Nov 8:00 reminder email, and the Announcement email will be sent in its place immediately to your clients when you assign the app to your galleries.

After November 28th

If you are assigning the app after November 28th, we suggest disabling the Black Friday phase and only offering the Holiday sale for your clients instead.
