How do I Customize a Brand and Add Multiple Brands?

You are able to customize your brand and add additional brands within your Pic-Time account. Features such as watermark, logo, social channels, custom domain & print release can be adjusted in the brand section of the settings.

Advanced Plan

1. To add multiple brands, first, update your subscription to the Advanced Plan if you aren't already subscribed. The additional brand is $6 USD/month. Click on Settings from the Main Dashboard.

2. Click on Manage under the Plans & Billing tab.

3. Upgrade the plan to Advanced and confirm the charge to your account.

Adding a Brand

1. To add an additional brand to the account, go to the Settings section and click the Brand & Style tab. Click Add Brand.

2. Adding a brand will increase your plan's price by $6 USD/month. Confirm the charge for the new brand to be added to your account. Now you're ready to go!

Adjusting Branding

3. The settings in the Brand & Style tab will allow you to change the logo, social channels, custom domain, print release and watermark for each brand.

Logo

You can upload a dark and a light logo. The dark logo will be displayed on gallery covers with a light background, the navigation bar in the gallery, on the portfolio page and in the header of all branded emails.

The light logo will be used for gallery covers with a dark background.

The optimal upload size is 600px (long edge), PNG file.

Email, Website, and Social Channels

The email is used for outgoing emails. When a client replies back to any emails that are sent through the Pic-Time system, the message is sent to this email address.

The website address is connected in the gallery.

Gallery visitors can access the photographer's website by hovering over the photographer's logo and selecting Go To Site.

Gallery visitors will also be redirected to the photographer's website if they choose to log out of their user account while browsing their Pic-Time gallery.

The social channels are used to provide easy access for the client. These channels are displayed in the gallery, in emails sent to clients, and on the portfolio page.

You can also adjust other elements of your brand such as the Watermark, Custom Domain, Print Release, and Favicon.
