Pic-Time offers a feature that allows you to include a print release form when your client downloads images from their gallery. The print release can be located on the Downloads screen and in the .zip folder with the downloaded images. Learn more about selling custom resolution downloads here.
Print Release Form
1. Click on Settings.
2. Select Brand & Style.
3. Click Upload. Select a PDF file from your computer.
Alternatively, you can upload custom release forms for the Photo Download product, to offer other sizes or licensing for your clients.
Please Note: When a client downloads a single free high-resolution file (i.e., directly from the gallery) - they do not receive a print release. However, if they purchase/download one or more files they will receive the print release.
Client View
When your client downloads their images, the print release form will be available on the Downloads screen and in the .zip file with the downloaded photos.
