Watermark settings are disabled in the gallery until you upload a watermark in your general watermark settings. After you setup your general watermark settings you can disable or enable the watermark in each gallery.

Please Note: When using Pic-Time's watermark feature, High-Res downloads, printed photos and GIFs will not contain the watermark.

Please Note: By default when you upload the watermark it will apply to all galleries. Please contact our support team if you'd like to remove the watermark in bulk from the galleries.

General Watermark Settings

1. Click Settings from the Main Dashboard.

undefined

2. In the Brand & Style tab, first select whether you would like a Flexible or Burned Watermark.

Flexible watermarks can easily be turned on or off for each scene and/or user type in your gallery settings.

Burned watermarks are permanently embedded in the low-resolution images and cannot be modified.

3. Pic-Time allows you to upload two different watermarks. Select whether you want to upload Watermark 1 or Watermark 2, and then click to Upload Watermark. Please upload a PNG file with a transparent background. We recommend 600x280 px.

4. Define how and where the watermark will show. Choose the position and size of the watermark on your photos.

Fit size: watermark will fit the shortest side of the photo.

Fill size: watermark will fit the longest side of the photo.

5. Checkmark if you would like to Use AI watermark protector. This is optional, if you would like to add extra protection against bulk watermark removers. Learn more here.

6. Checkmark where you want your watermark to display. You can choose from Free web-sized downloads, Shared Photos, Gallery or Store.

7. Now that your general settings are set up, you can enable/disable the watermark for each gallery in the Gallery Setup. Please note: For the burned watermark, you can enable/disable in the Name & Cover tab. Learn more here.

Gallery Setup with Flexible Watermark

1. In the Gallery Setup tab of the gallery, you can choose the watermark, or no watermark.
