Edit Email Templates
1. Click here to go to your Settings > Email Packages, and select the Email Package you would like to edit by clicking on its name.
Then click on the pencil icon next to each email to customize its template.
Please Note: The Default Email Package cannot be edited. To modify an Email Package you will need to create a custom one first.
2. You can modify the Email Subject, Title, Message, Footer Message (available on limited templates), and the Link button text (many emails include a link to the gallery, orders, tracking, etc.).
3. For the Message and Footer Message, begin typing your message. You can also add dynamic text to the message.
4. The dynamic text available will be dependent on the specific Email Template. Click on each dynamic text to copy it, then paste it into your message.
When you’re done typing your message, click Apply.
5. Click Apply when you are ready to save your template. The changes will apply to future emails being sent after the change has been made. Once your templates have been modified, you can assign Email Packages to your galleries.
Manually sent emails
Some emails with the applied Email Template will be sent automatically to any relevant gallery guest. However, some emails with the applied Email Template can be edited before you send them, allowing you to further customize the email for each client.
For example, when inviting your Main Clients to the gallery, the Gallery is Ready template is applied to the message box but can be further edited before you send it to your clients.
The following emails with an applied Email Template can be edited before you send them:
Gallery is ready
Photographer Invited
Invite Vendor to gallery
Invite Vendor to past galleries
Client Selection is open
Proofing opened
Send photos to user
Request Testimonial
