How do I Add a New Email Package?

Email Templates allow you to save time on your workflow. Easily create custom Email Packages for multiple occasions and save/edit Email Templates. Each Email Package can be assigned to a gallery, which streamlines the workflow and enhances the client experience.

Creating New Email Package

1. To begin, click Settings from the Main Dashboard.

2. Under the Email Packages tab, select Custom Email Packages.

Please Note: The Default list is the original list of Email Templates used for the account and cannot be modified.

3. Click + Add More to create a new Email Package.

4. Name your package, duplicate it, or delete it.

5. Then click Apply.

6. After your Email Package has been created you can start modifying each Package by clicking on the pencil icon of each email.

7. Checkmark if you would like to receive a BCC copy to your account email address.

Please Note: Any links in this BCC Email will not be active, however, the actual email received by the client will be active.

8. The following automatic reminder emails can be blocked by checking the Block email box:

  • Client selection not completed

  • Order confirmation

  • Free order confirmation

  • Order pending - photographer hold

  • Order pending - errors in process

  • Order pending - offline payment

  • Order shipped, order self-shipped

  • Order ready for pickup

9. You can also be notified via email when a user downloaded photos, completed their selection request, or has proofed their album. Uncheck the box if you wish to not be notified via email.
