You can create templates and customize all the emails sent via Pic-Time through Email Packages, including the Gallery Expiration Emails. Your client will be notified 1 week, 4 days, and 1 day before the gallery expires, unless you have enabled an app that has an expiration campaign.

Create Email Package

1. To begin, click Settings from the Main Dashboard.

2. Click the Email Packages tab, and if you haven't created your own Email Package yet, click Custom Email Packages. You can learn more about creating your own Custom Email Package here.

Customize Emails

3. After creating your Email Package, select it and click the pencil icon to edit any of the Project expiration alert emails. You can learn more about customizing each email here.

Expiration Emails and the Simple Sales System

If you are using the Simple Sales System, Email Packages Project expiration alert emails are never sent (the only exception is already assigned SSS apps from before Sept 18, 2024). Even if the Store Credit has been used, the client will continue to receive the app reminder emails (Email communication for the Collections) until the gallery expires.

Alternatively, you can set up an alternate set of emails to remind the client of the gallery expiration if the Store Credit has been completely used. Learn more here.
