Where can I find my recent gallery activities/notifications?

You can easily view gallery activities directly from your Main Dashboard! To see a list of the gallery activity notifications you can receive from your Main Dashboard, click here.

This article covers how to find gallery activities/notifications in your Main Dashboard. You can also see all gallery activities in each gallery’s Gallery Dashboard tab, and in your Shop & Automation > User Activity.

Find Gallery Activities in the Main Dashboard

Under Recent activity, you’ll see the most up-to-date info from your galleries, including actions your clients have taken, and any items you may need to address.

Next to each activity, you can click to View more information or send any needed reminders to your clients. For example, clicking View order will take you directly to that specific order.

You’ll see the 4 most recent activities in this Recent activity section. Click View all activities to be taken to the full list.

In the Active tab, you’ll see your full active activities, including any activity you still need to address. From there you can also View the activity and send any needed reminders to your clients.

Click the X to remove it from the Active tab. You can still view the notification in the History tab.

In the History tab, you’ll see all your activities from your account. From there you can also View the activity and send any needed reminders to your clients.

Please Note: Selection and Proofing notifications received prior to this new Activities feature can be viewed in the History tab. However, Main Client first views and Orders existing prior to May 2026 (release of this Activities feature) are not available in the History tab.

Activity Notifications

Gallery Activities

When the Main Client views their gallery for the first time (only views after May 2026 when this Activities feature was released), a notification will:

  • Appear immediately

  • Auto-hide from the Active tab after 7 days

And you’ll be able to click View gallery to be taken to the gallery’s Dashboard tab.

Order Activities

When an order is on Hold and needs your approval (only orders after May 2026 when this Activities feature was released), a notification will:

  • Appear immediately

  • Automatically move to the History tab after you approve the order, or your Hold Period passes and the order is sent to the lab

And you’ll be able to view the order to edit, approve, and take more actions.

When an order is on Hold due to an offline payment and needs your approval (only orders after May 2026 when this Activities feature was released), a notification will:

  • Appear immediately

  • Not auto-hide from the Active tab until you approve the order

And you’ll be able to view the order to edit, approve, and take more actions.

Client Selections

(currently available in Pic-Time 1.0 galleries, and coming soon to Pic-Time 2.0!)

If the client hasn’t completed and sent their Selection, a notification will:

  • Appear after 7 days if the client hasn’t sent their Selection to you

  • Auto-hide from the Active tab after 21 days

And you’ll be able to send a reminder, and view the open Selection to take more actions.

When the client has completed and sent their Selection to you, a notification will:

  • Appear immediately

  • Auto-hide from the Active tab after 15 days

And you’ll be able to view the completed Selection to take more actions.

Album Proofing

(currently available in Pic-Time 1.0 galleries, and coming soon to Pic-Time 2.0!)

If the client hasn't completed and sent their Album Proofing comments to you (including requests that have been closed and then re-opened), a notification will:

  • Appear after 7 days if the client hasn’t sent their comments to you

  • Auto-hide from the Active tab after 21 days if the client still hasn’t sent their comments to you

And you’ll be able to send a reminder, and view the open selection to take more actions.

When the client has completed and sent their Album Proofing comments to you, a notification will:

  • Appear immediately

  • Auto-hide from the Active tab after 15 days

And you’ll be able to view the completed Selection to take more actions.

Why isn't some recent activity showing in the Main Dashboard?

Only the above list of activities and the 4 most recent activities show up on the Main Dashboard, and some activities will automatically move to the History tab after a certain period of time. You can also close activities to move them to the History tab.

I accidentally closed an activity, how do I see it again?

You can view your activity history by clicking View all activities and selecting the History tab.
