Please Note: The Gallery Scroll video is only available for Pic-Time 2.0 galleries.
Share and Download Video
After the gallery is Online, the Gallery Scroll video will be generated. You’ll automatically see a popup to show off your gallery with a scroll-through video for social media. This is a great way to share and create excitement around your work, including the clients for that gallery and prospective clients.
1. Click Share video.
2. Leave Add your referral code to the video if you want to give any photographers who view your video your referral code. To learn more about the photographer referral, click here!
Then scan the QR Code to download the video directly to your mobile device, or click the link to download the video directly to your computer.
Pro Tip: The scroll-through video will not include any Collections/Favorites at the top of the gallery or any Hidden Scenes.

3. Open the camera app on your mobile device, point it at the QR Code on the screen, and tap the QR Code. Click on the Open ‘pic-time.com’ link.
4. Your default internet browser will open to a Gallery Preview View page. Click on the Share button.
5. You’ll then see various options to share your video. To save it directly to your camera roll, click Save Video. To share instantly on social media, select the social media app of your choice.
Access Video Again
If you ever want to share or download the gallery video again, you can access videos in two different places:
Recent videos: directly from your Main Dashboard
Specific video: in the gallery's Gallery Dashboard
Recent videos
1. Recent gallery videos are directly in your Main Dashboard, under Share gallery video. Just click the arrows to scroll through the available videos and click on the one you want.
2. This will re-open the page where you can share the video again, or create a new version.
Specific video
1. The specific gallery's video can also be found in the gallery's Gallery Dashboard tab. Just click Share on Social.

Create a new version of the video
1. If you've updated the gallery, you can create a new version of the video to reflect those changes. Access the video again, and click New version.
2. From the dropdown, select which scene you'd like the scroll to begin from. Then toggle if you want to show your Slideshows and Featured Videos scenes, and click Create new version.
3. The video will take a few moments to prepare. Once it's ready, the Gallery Scroll popup will appear again, and you'll see the new version of the video.
Pro Tip: You are able to generate two new versions of the video.
Why isn't my Gallery Scroll video being generated?
The video will NOT be generated if the gallery meets any of the following criteria:
The gallery's Security Policy is set to Sensitive.
The gallery's Category is set to Boudoir.
The gallery contains fewer than 9 media (photos, GIFs, Featured Videos, Slideshows, and video Clips).
The gallery is Pic-Time 1.0
How can I have my images featured on Pic-Time?
If you want to give Pic-Time permission to use your gallery and the gallery media, follow the steps below:
1. When accessing the Gallery Scroll video from your Main Dashboard or Gallery Dashboard tab, click Get Featured by Pic-Time.
2. Checkmark that you agree to the gallery submission terms and click Submit this gallery. Please note that submitting does not guarantee if your gallery and/or media will be used.
