We're introducing a fresh design, new customization features, and a more intuitive user experience across both desktop and mobile.
With our recently launched Video Delivery feature, paired with expanded design options and themes, Pic-Time 2.0 empowers you to showcase your multimedia galleries more creatively and more on-brand than ever before, while offering your clients an improved viewing and shopping experience across devices.
What’s new?
This new client experience includes major upgrades across the entire gallery and shop:
New Gallery and Scene Covers as well as Gallery Themes to better reflect your brand and visual storytelling.
A brand-new Product Editor, allowing clients to easily customize their print products.
Clients can now create Collections of their favorite images and media. From there, they can easily share, download, or purchase products directly from the Shop.
Improved AI Photo Search for smarter browsing.
Streamlined sharing and downloading steps.
A fully updated Mobile interface – everything clients can do on Desktop is now just as smooth on Mobile, including designing albums on the go.

How should I get started in Pic-Time 2.0?
Before exploring galleries in Pic-Time 2.0 (or after you play in a Pic-Time 2.0 gallery first!), we recommend reviewing the following:
Store Settings: Make sure your product offerings and pricing are up to date so you can explore the new Shop. Learn more.
Branding: Review your Brand & Style and Watermark Settings to take advantage of new Gallery and Shop Design customization options. Learn more.
How can I switch my galleries to Pic-Time 2.0?
You’re able to switch a gallery to Pic-Time 2.0 if it hasn’t yet been shared with clients. Here’s how to get started:
Once you switch or create a gallery in Pic-Time 2.0, you’ll be able to:
Choose from new Gallery and Scene Header Styles, and Gallery Themes
Explore the updated Design tab
Preview and refine the new Gallery and Shop experience

How can I switch back to Pic-Time 1.0?
If you prefer to continue using Pic-Time 1.0:
For new galleries: When creating a new gallery, make sure that Pic-Time 1.0 is selected in the Name & Cover tab and continue creating your gallery as usual.
For existing galleries: You can switch back only if you haven’t shared with clients, by going to the gallery’s Details tab and selecting Pic-Time 1.0.
Your content will remain intact.
How do I use Collections instead of Client Selections?
In Pic-Time 2.0, Client Selections are replaced by Collections, offering a more flexible way for clients to save, organize, and share their favorite images. Learn how to create and use Collections.
At the moment, Collections lack the full Client Selection Request functionality, so if you need your clients to select a certain number of images and confirm the selection request, we recommend leaving the gallery in Pic-Time 1.0. Learn more about Selection Requests.
Are all the Pic-Time 2.0 features available to me?
Yes, while we celebrate the launch of Pic-Time 2.0, all users are able to enjoy the benefits of the Advanced plan for free through May 18, 2026! After that, you can upgrade your plan or be automatically returned to your current subscription, which may have limited Pic-Time 2.0 features (fewer available themes, cover/headers, customization abilities, and access to the AI Album Designer).
