The User Activity feature allows you to track any activity within the gallery. This includes an extensive, detailed list of gallery views, downloads, shared photos, shop views, items added to the cart, website visits and a track of emails sent to the client.
User Activity Details
1. Click here to go to your Client Galleries > User Activity.
2. Review the summary of activities for each gallery. You can see a breakdown of total actions for View Gallery, Share, Downloads, Shop, Added to Cart, and Visit Website. Use the search icon to search by gallery name, and click on a specific gallery to see more information.
Please note: The user activity does not track who hides images in a gallery.
3. Each gallery has a breakdown of the activity totals per Users, including All users, Main Clients, Photographer Invited, Client Invited, Guests, Vendors, Photographer (you), and Support (us!). You can also see View Gallery, Sales automation, Sales automation blocked, Share, Downloads, Shop, Added to cart, Visit Website, Sent Emails, Audio. Click on a user type to see more information.
4. For convenience, you can sort the columns by clicking on the up or down facing arrow icon in the header. The columns include Users, User Email, Activity Type, Date and Time, Details, and View.
5. Activities that include email correspondence will have the email under the View column. Click View Email to review the email that was sent to the client.
6. You can see if the user viewed the email, and how many times they clicked through the email to view the gallery or shop.
7. If any gallery visitors add items to their cart or place an order you can review it under the User Activity. Find the cart activity and click on the Info to review the cart.
8. After you review, you can click the < Back icon to return back to the User Activity.
Downloading the Report
If you would like to download a CSV file of the Activity Report, click the download icon. You can download a CSV file for the specific gallery, or specific user type.
Request Visitor Emails
To request emails from any guests visiting the gallery you must checkmark Request email before entering the gallery under the Gallery Setup tab of the gallery.
Daily Activity Report
Click here to go to your Settings > Preferences tab, and checkmark Receive daily User Activity Report to be emailed a report every day.
