As part of your business needs, there may be occasions when a client requests you reorder on their behalf. In this article, we will guide you through the process of managing reorders, providing you with tips and best practices to make the experience as smooth as possible for both you and your clients.
Please Note: Reorders for your clients will not charge their payment method from a previous purchase. Since the order will be placed through your photographer account, you will automatically be charged for the production cost. In order for you to receive payment from your client, it's recommended to do so through your own invoicing.
1. To begin the reorder, from your Main Dashboard, navigate to Sales & Automation.
2. Select the Orders tab to view the previous orders made from your gallery’s store and select the order associated with the purchase you wish to reorder on behalf of your client.
3. From here, find the items you wish to reorder, and select the Copy and edit in my account icon to be taken to the editing tool in your store.
4. Make any changes necessary for the product; including crop, sizing, colors, etc. When completed, add the item to your cart. If you wish to keep the item the same as the client’s order, bypass this step and just select Add to Cart.
5. Once the items are added to your photographer cart, you can then add your client’s address and check out.
