Clients can have multiple galleries assigned to their accounts by one or multiple photographers. All client galleries can be conveniently accessed through their client account, streamlining the experience. This article will guide you through how to help your client view the galleries connected to their account.

My Galleries

1. In order to access their account, clients must Login with the email address you used when inviting them to their galleries.

Client accounts are automatically created when the client is invited to their first Pic-Time gallery. Once an account is created, they can use the same email address and password to log into subsequent galleries they're invited to.

It is advantageous for each gallery visitor, especially the Main Client, to create an account. To learn more about the benefits of client and gallery visitor accounts, click here.

2. Once a client is logged in, they can access their galleries by clicking on the person icon in the top corner of their gallery menu.

3. When selecting My Galleries, the client will be able to view all galleries associated with the current photographer/brand. For example, if you have two separate brands and a client has been invited to both, they will only see the currently selected brand's galleries. Similarly, if the client has been invited to galleries from multiple photographers, they will only see the galleries associated with the currently selected photographer.

If you'd like your client to first select the photographer/brand, the client can log in from the universal login page here.

Pro Tip: If your client is ordering products, their shopping cart is shared across all galleries so they can conveniently place one order. By being assigned to multiple galleries, clients can even toggle between galleries in their product editors. By doing so, they can customize items like albums using photos from multiple galleries.
