Where can I Find Production Times for Products?

It’s important to check production times on your offered products to manage client expectations, ensuring reliable and transparent delivery schedules. This article will guide you through different ways to view production times.

Production Times in Store Pricing

1. To begin, click Settings from your Main Dashboard.

2. The Store Pricing tab will direct you to your Price Lists and store items. Select Edit Price on the item you wish to view the product details for.

3. Click on Product Info.

4. To view product details, select any lab to see the Information visible to clients. This information includes Production times.


Production Times in Preview Gallery

1. Another method to view production times is through your gallery preview. Begin by selecting your desired gallery from the Main Dashboard.

2. Click Preview Gallery to open the gallery’s preview page.

3. Select Shop from your gallery and select the item you wish to see the production time for.

4. Here you can see information that is visible to clients about your offered product. Under the product description is the Production time.

Estimated Delivery in Checkout

If you have concerns about clients potentially overlooking the production times for the selected item, rest assured that they can easily view the production times directly within their shopping cart.

1. Select Add to Cart for the item you wish to view the production time of.

2. Once the item is in your cart, Proceed to Checkout.

3. On the checkout screen, you are able to view an item's expected delivery date, which corresponds to the production time for that item.
