Easily create new shopping carts for clients, edit existing shopping carts, as well as view and edit products in the clients’ Saved Designs. You can use this feature to create ready-to-order items and help your clients with their orders. If you want to include emails and gallery banners with an optional discount when you add items to a client’s store or shopping cart, use the Send Product app.
Create a new Shopping Cart
1. From the Carts tab in your Sales & Automations tab, click + Add New Cart.
2. Search and select which gallery you want to create from.
3. This will take you to that gallery's shop. Click OK, Got it!
4. Then select a product, or choose an existing product from your Saved Designs to begin designing.
5. When finished designing your product, click Send to Visitors.
6. Either select an existing client from the gallery or click to create a new customer.
7. Click Add Product to Cart.
8. The product will then be added to the client’s shopping cart. Click OK, Got it!
Edit an Existing Cart or Saved Design
1. To edit an existing shopping cart and view and edit clients’ Saved Designs, click on the specific shopping cart in the Carts tab of the Sales & Automations section.
2. Duplicate existing products into your photographer account, or into the client’s shopping cart.
3. Click the Product Photos icon to view, replace, download, and send the product’s photos.
4. Click the X icon to remove that particular item from the shopping cart. It will then be removed from the cart and placed in the client’s Saved Designs instead.
5. Click on the pencil icon to edit the product in the main shop editor. From there you can edit the design, specs, and cropping of the product.
6. Select + Add New Product to go to the shop editor and design a new product to place in the client’s shopping cart.
7. For the Saved-for-later products in the client's Saved Designs, you can also duplicate, view product photos, move the product to the shopping cart, and edit the product in the main shop editor.
8. Finally, you can access the Shipping and Billing info, as well as any relevant tracking numbers by clicking on Shipping Info.
