Pic-Time’s Vendors feature makes it easy to share galleries, save Vendor information, and enable cross-promotion or future collaboration.

Vendor Login

Creating an account (first-time Vendors)

Like other types of gallery visitors, first-time Vendors will be prompted to create a Pic-Time account when viewing their first gallery, whether they have been invited by you or another photographer.

The Vendor login is unique because it always displays our branding, even if your account is set to hide Pic-Time branding.

That is because Vendor accounts are part of the Pic-Time Vendor Network, which lets them view galleries from any photographer who shares images with them via Pic-Time.

To log in to their account, they will first need to click Continue.

They will be presented with a password (which they can update later) and click OK, Got it to confirm their email and password.

Logging in (returning Vendors)

If a Vendor already has a Pic-Time Vendor account (whether created with you or another photographer), their browser may automatically recognize them, granting access to the gallery.

If the browser doesn’t recognize them (for example, after restarting the browser session or on a new device), they will need to log in again.

When accessing the gallery via your Vendor Invite Email, the Vendor will first need to confirm their email and click Continue.

Then, they will be prompted to enter their password and click Login to access the gallery.

Viewing the Gallery

Before accessing the gallery, Vendors must review and accept Media Usage Terms (default or customized in your Settings). They will be prompted to accept the Terms once a week.

Once accepted, the Vendor can view the gallery. Their Media Usage Terms will be displayed at the top.

The Vendor also may have a separate online Shop and/or unique download permissions, which can be set up when inviting the Vendor to the gallery.

Pro Tip: Approved Terms are tracked in User Activity. The Vendor will not be required to approve the terms more than once a day per browser session.

Updating a Vendor’s Media Access

You can update a Vendor’s photo selection (media they have access to) at any time:

Go to the Vendors tab in the gallery. Click on Select photos to update the chosen images.

In addition to the selected photos, you can grant access to the Highlights Scene or the full gallery (excluding any media hidden by the Main Client).

Click on the arrow icon next to the type of photo selection that was chosen for this Vendor.

In the pop-up window, under Additional Photos, select Include also all photos and click Apply.

When additional access is granted, Vendors will first see the selected photos.

At the bottom of the gallery, they can click View all Photos to access the rest of the media they have permission to see.

Media Usage Terms will remain visible at the top of the gallery.
