We are happy to introduce our new Vendors feature in Pic-Time! Easily share your galleries with any Vendor, saving their information to allow for cross-promotion and future collaboration.

How do Vendors log in?

Creating an account after viewing their first Pic-Time Gallery

Similar to other types of gallery visitors, if a Vendor has never created a user account in Pic-Time, they will first be prompted to create an account. However, the Vendor view is unique in that the login will display Pic-Time’s branding, regardless if your account is set to not show our branding. This is because the Vendor will have access to their Pic-Time Network of galleries with any photographer that shares images with them.

First, they will click Continue.

The Vendor will be presented with a password option that they can update if they like. Then they’ll click OK, Got it to confirm their email and password.

Logging into subsequent Pic-Time Galleries

If the Vendor has already created a user account via you or a different photographer, their browser may automatically recognize them and they will automatically gain access to the gallery.

However, if they have restarted their browser session or are on a device that does not recognize them, they will need to log in again. If they are attempting to access from your Vendor Invite Email, they will first confirm their email address and click Continue.

Then they will be prompted to enter their password for their user account and Login.

Viewing the Gallery

Before the Vendor can view the gallery, they must first review and Accept Usage Terms. These are the default terms, but you can create your own terms in your Settings. Learn more here!

Then the Vendor will be able to view the gallery. They will also see the photo usage terms at the top of the gallery.

The Vendor also may have an online shop and/or download settings separate from the other gallery guests, which you can set up when inviting the Vendor to the gallery. Click here to learn more!

Pro Tip: You will see any Approved Terms in the User Activity. The Vendor will not be required to approve the terms more than once a day on each browser session.

How do I update a Vendor’s photo access?

If you need to edit a Vendor’s image access, first go to the Vendors tab of the specific gallery.

Click the Select photos pencil icon if you want to update the selected photos.

In addition to the selected photos, you can choose to give the Vendor an additional view of the Highlights scene, or the full gallery of images (not including any the Main Client has hidden).

When choosing to also include the Highlights or all photos, the Vendor will first see the selected photos in the gallery, and at the bottom of the page will have the option to click to View all Photos. When they view all photos, they will still see the photo usage terms at the top of the page.
