Using Pic-Time’s AI Photo Search, gallery guests, clients, and vendors can easily view and organize their most relevant images directly from the gallery, such as finding photos of their grandparents, group photos, or themselves on the dance floor. This also doubles the engagement time in the gallery, and allows guests to order products more quickly from the shop.

Enable the Feature

You can easily enable the AI Photo Search for Clients at the account level, gallery level, and through your Gallery Templates. The AI Search allows any gallery guest to search using Selfie Search, Suggested People, and by Keyword.

Or let your client decide if they want to enable the AI Search for themselves and other guests of the gallery by selecting Client prompted to enable AI Search.

Alternatively, you can select the Guests must scan face to view photos option. When selecting this option, gallery guests are required to photograph their face before they can view the gallery. Pic-Time's AI will then present the guest with only images in which they appear. Click here to learn more!

Then, they can photograph their face to see the search results. Learn more about the Selfie Search and Selfie Access here!

Please Note: results will only appear if the person is included in 4 or more images.

Search by People

Gallery visitors can search for specific people. For example, a wedding guest may want to easily find all the photos of themselves with a certain friend. Click on the person.

After the guest selects one person, a Suggested Person box will appear, showing the people they were photographed with the most at the event. They can also select additional people.

Search by Keyword

Gallery visitors can search by typing in any keyword in the search bar, for finding special moments like speeches, hugs from grandparents, pets, specific images like all the black and white photos, or prominent colors and objects.

Download, Share, and Buy

After selecting people or typing in keywords, click Apply.

The gallery will then filter the images featuring only images of that person/people, or keywords. Guests can edit their search to include photos of any of the people selected, or photos of the selected people together.

They can also download the selection, or share the results. They can also click the Buy button.

Clicking Buy will take them to the main shop and by default use the filtered photos.

When selecting a product, it will show their most recent search in the photo tray, and they can click to see their other search results.
