Why is my Vendor saying they need to log in or provide a password?

When a Vendor is invited to their first Pic-Time gallery, they will be asked to create a password using their email address.

This sets up their Pic-Time Vendor account, where they can view invited galleries, see favorites lists, track past orders, and more.

If a Vendor is invited to a second (or additional) gallery, they may be prompted to log in again, depending on their browser. Even if it’s your first time inviting them, they might already have a Pic-Time account from another photographer.

Pic-Time makes it easy for Vendors to recognize their universal account by displaying Pic-Time Vendor Gallery branding, ensuring a consistent login experience across all galleries.

When logging in, Vendors will also see a list of other galleries they currently have access to.

If they don’t remember their password, they can click Forgot Password? on the login page to reset it.
