Why is my Vendor saying they need to log in or provide a password?

When inviting a Vendor to their first Pic-Time gallery, they will be asked to create a password with their email address. This will become their Vendor account, where they can view the galleries they’ve been invited to, see their favorites lists and past orders, and more.

When a Vendor is invited to their second Pic-Time gallery, depending on their browser, they may be asked to log in with their email and password again. Even if it may be your first time inviting a particular Vendor to your gallery, they may have already set up an account after being invited by another photographer.

We have made it easy for Vendors to recognize their universal Pic-Time Vendor account, by showing Pic-Time Vendor Gallery branding. This way, their login experience is the same no matter what Pic-Time photographer invites them to a gallery.

In addition, when they are asked to log in, they will see a list of other Pic-Time galleries they currently have access to.

If your Vendor does not remember their password, they can click the Forgot Password? link on the gallery to reset their password.
