Like all features of Pic-Time, the AI Photo Search for Clients (i.e. Main Clients, Photographer Invited, and Guests) and the AI Image Filter are powerful tools for you to receive the most business value for your images. Improve your client’s experience, such as organizing all the black and white photos, or finding all the candid photos with their grandparents. Send specific images to different vendors to cross-promote your work and build your community, and use the search to streamline your social media. Gallery guests can also use the Suggested People Search to find images with their loved ones.
After enabling the AI Photo Search for gallery visitors, what can I expect?
When you enable the AI Photo Search for Clients (i.e. Main Clients, Photographer Invited, and Guests), it will become indexed for all galleries within the last six months (after September 1st, 2023). In addition, you can opt-in on any older galleries if you like.
What does it look like for gallery visitors?
After enabling, any gallery guest will be able to use both the people search and keyword search to find specific images within the gallery. Learn more here.
Please Note: This feature is not automatically enabled for Sensitive galleries.
Will it work in my language?
Yes! The search will work for any language, and automatically translates to display results. For best results, set the gallery in the language of your primary clients. Learn more here.
When does the AI model scan/index the images?
The images are indexed as they are uploaded, unless you’ve opted out in your gallery or account settings. If the gallery hasn’t been indexed yet and the gallery is viewed, the model will begin scanning the images right when the gallery is viewed, and it should be fully ready in a couple of minutes.
Is my data secure for the AI Search?
We have developed an exclusive AI model that stays within your account, ensuring that all your data continues to be secure.
Do you use my images to train the AI model?
The AI model may train using a small fraction of images from photographers who have the AI Search Tools enabled in their account.
Will the images be used to create generative works?
Right now we do not do generative work with AI, but we are open to the possibility where it improves your photography business, such as generating the image in different interiors for your clients to visualize the products in their home.
