The AI Photo Filter effortlessly helps you make selections of photos from your galleries. By using Pic-Time’s AI Photo Filter, Pic-Time will harness AI to automatically make a selection of photos relevant to your search, and send the selection to a vendor - all in a few clicks!

Please Note: The AI Search is only available for Professional and Advanced plans.

Select Photos using the AI Photo Filter

1. In the Photos tab of your specific gallery, click Filter & AI Search.

2. You can search by filename, keywords, vendors, favorites, flagged and starred images, among other filters. Type anything into the search bar, and the AI will find your most relevant images from the gallery.

For example, you can even type in “black and white” and the system will bring up only your black and white images. This can be used for sending photos to the client, such as finding all the photos of them with a grandparent, to vendors to easily cross-promote your work, and for your own promotion, such as finding images for social media.

3. When selecting multiple criteria within the same filter, the AI Search will show images that match either criteria. For example, checking both Florist and Wedding Dress within the Vendor category will bring up images featuring florals, and images featuring wedding dresses.

4. When selecting criteria across multiple filters, the AI Search will show images that match both criteria. For example, searching for “getting ready” images with the Wedding Dress Vendor filter will only show getting ready photos that also feature a wedding dress.

Share Images with Vendors

5. To share images with a vendor, select the specific Vendor criteria you are searching for. For example, if you are sending photos featuring flowers to the event florist.

6. The AI Search will look through your images and present the most relevant ones by order of relevance. Click + Show more if you want to see more images based on relevance.

7. If an image feels completely out of place, for example, a photo of the wedding cake when selecting the Florist filter, please feel free to indicate by clicking on the thumbs-down icon.

8. Click on the images to select them, or click to select all the filtered photos.

Create Gallery Link

9. After selecting photos, click Share photos and choose Share as gallery to quickly create limited access to the gallery with only the selected images. You can invite people directly via email, or through a secure link. They will be listed as Photographer Invited users.

Please Note: If your gallery is Public, users will first see this limited view and have the option to view the full gallery of images.

10. Add the recipient’s name, email, or invite a group of people.

11. Type your message, and click Send Email.

Pro Tip: If you want to give your vendors download permissions, you can update downloads to include Photographer Invited users in the Gallery Setup tab.

Vendor View

After sharing the gallery with your vendor, they can see the gallery and shop with only those selected images. In addition, they will have the Photographer Invited download permissions.

If you’ve shared images with your Main Client, or the recipient already has permission to see all the images, they will see an option to view all photos from the gallery (excluding any hidden photos or scenes).

Removing Access

If you need to remove someone’s access to the custom gallery access, go to the gallery’s Share tab and click on the X icon next to their name and email.

Opt Out

If need be, you can opt out of the AI search on the gallery and account level. Learn more here.
