Creating multiple price lists allows you to have different products, labs, pricing, and settings for each gallery. For example, you can have different price lists based on the client's location by selecting labs closer to your customers, and/or price lists with unique products and price points for events like weddings or holidays. You can also set custom settings like local pickup, or minimum order requirements for school and event photography.
Creating Multiple Price Lists
1. To begin, go to Settings from the Main Dashboard.
2. In the Store Pricing tab, click to Edit price lists.
3. Click + Add More.
4. Name your price list, choose your preferred labs, and select a markup preset. Then click Create Price List. Learn more here.
5. After creating your price list, you can select it from the top navigation, edit and add products and product packages, and customize the price list settings, such as local pickup.
6. In a specific gallery’s Gallery Setup tab, or in a Gallery Template, you can select your price list from the dropdown to apply it to that gallery. (You can also assign a price list to multiple galleries at once.)
Then you and the clients of that gallery will be able to shop for the products from that specific price list. We suggest following up with a store sale to encourage your clients to print out their memories.
