How do I search and filter through Client Galleries?

Written by Hannah

You can search and filter to find a specific gallery two ways:

  • Search Client Galleries in the Main Dashboard by Gallery name, Description, Clients, Vendors, or Location.

  • Filter and Search Client Galleries in the Client Galleries section by Date (time frame), Brand, Occasion (Gallery type), Price List, Vendor (Vendor type), and Status (online/offline status), in addition to the Gallery name, Description, Clients, Vendors, or Location.

Search Galleries in the Main Dashboard

You can search through your Client Galleries by Gallery name, Description, Clients, Vendors, or Location from the Main Dashboard.

1. Click here to go to your Main Dashboard. Click the Search bar, select a filter option (Gallery name, Description, Clients, Vendors, or Location) if you want, and begin typing. The search will automatically show the most recent relevant results.

2. Because the search uses AI, it will also show results related to your search terms. For example, "wine" may show a gallery with a description about beverages.

3. If you click the Enter key on your keyboard, you'll be taken to the search results in your Client Galleries.

From there, you can further filter through your galleries if needed.

Filter and Search Galleries in Galleries tab

You're also able to filter your Client Galleries by Date (time frame), Brand, Occasion (Gallery type), Price List, Vendor (Vendor type), and Status (online/offline status), in addition to the Gallery name, Description, Clients, Vendors, or Location.

1. Click here to go to your Client Galleries > Galleries tab.

2. Select any of the filtering options at the top of the page to sort through galleries.

You can select to view galleries from the Last Three Months, or from a specific year.

Then further filter through different categories, such as your Brands, Occasions, and Price Lists. You're able to filter your Client Galleries by Date (time frame), Brand, Occasion (Gallery type), Price List, Vendor (Vendor type), and Status (online/offline status).

Use the search bar to search the Gallery name, Description, Clients, Vendors, or Location.

3. If your search parameters have over 500 galleries, click Load More to view additional galleries.

4. Click to + Add Client Gallery if you want to create a new gallery. Or hover your mouse over a gallery to edit (pencil icon), view (eye icon), or delete (trashcan icon) the gallery.
