How do I switch a gallery to be online or offline?

When you create your client gallery, it is automatically set to offline until it is shared with clients via email. Once the gallery is sent to your client, it is then turned online. You may also opt to manually set your galleries online/offline, whether through specialized apps like Existing Gallery Backup or upon expiration. This article will guide you through the ways to switch your gallery status.

Client Gallery Toggle

1. To toggle your gallery online/offline, from your Main Dashboard, navigate to Client Galleries.

2. Locate and select the gallery you want to toggle online/offline.

3. Once you’re inside the gallery’s editor, locate and select the eye icon underneath the Gallery’s name. Here, you will be able to toggle your gallery to an online or offline status.

Gallery Online for a Store Sale

If galleries are offline/expired, they are automatically switched to the Online status for the campaign duration of a Marketing Automation app that has been assigned to them. Newly assigned apps, such as Holiday apps, will bring the gallery back online during the sale, and revert it to offline once the sale is complete.
