If you’re late sending the Black Friday Sale 2025 App (after November 20), don’t worry. Here’s everything you need to give your clients a smooth holiday shopping experience.
Please Note: If you want to set up a late Black Friday sale, first check the 2025 Holiday Shipping Deadlines to ensure products will arrive in time. Some products may already be past the general Holiday shipping phase.
We recommend including a disclaimer in the Campaign emails to let clients know orders may not arrive by Christmas, helping to avoid disappointment.
Installing the Black Friday Sale 2025 App

You do not need to change anything when setting up the App late, but here are a few important things to keep in mind.
Campaign Start Date
After November 20, the Campaign will begin once you assign the App to your galleries. Regardless of when you assign the App, the Black Friday Sale Campaign finishes on December 1.
Please Note: If you start the Campaign after the 20th of November, the Announcement email will be skipped.
Campaign Emails
If you assign the app to your galleries after November 20, the Announcement email and all Reminder emails scheduled for past dates will be automatically skipped.
For example, if you assign the App on November 30, the Announcement email and Reminder emails scheduled for November 24 and 27 will not be sent.
After December 1
The Campaign ends on December 1st.
If you want to offer your clients a sale beyond this date, you can set up a General Coupon to run a Christmas or early New Year promotional offer on all or specific products only.
Make sure to check the 2025 Holiday Shipping Deadlines to ensure products will arrive in time. Some products may already be past the general Holiday shipping phase.
Otherwise, make sure to include a disclaimer in the Campaign emails that orders may not arrive by Christmas or the New Year.
Alternatively, you can run a digital product sale or create a Digital Gift Card for those late holiday shoppers.
