How do I Include Additional Products in a Promotion?

By default, Pic-Time’s Holiday apps do not include self-fulfilled products, Custom Products, Product Packages, digital products, or products from apps like the Digital Gift Card. However, these items can easily be added in just a few steps.

1. To begin, go to the Sales & Automation tab from the Main Dashboard.

2. Within the Campaigns tab, select the holiday marketing app you would like to work with, or create a new app. Learn more about creating and using the Pre-Holiday Sale app or the Classic Holiday Sale 2023 app. In this tutorial, we will be using the Classic Holiday Sale 2023 app, but the process is the same across the two apps.

3. Under the Discount section, click on the pencil icon. In the Classic Holiday app, there will be a discount in the Black Friday Campaign and the Holiday Campaign.

4. By default, any self-fulfilled products you offer, Custom Products, Product Packages, digital products, or products from apps like the Digital Gift Card will not be automatically included in the promotion. To include all the products from the gallery's price list, simply uncheck the Limit to specific products option. Alternatively, you can click Select products to choose specific products to be included. Then click Apply.

5. By default, the emails do not show any product images. But if you wish to customize the emails to display products you are offering in the promotion, click the pencil icon on each email template.

6. Click the Design Layouts dropdown and select 3 Images in 2 Columns.

7. Click Change Image or click on the image itself to edit. Click Apply when finished.

8. After you assign the app to galleries, recipients will be able to use the promotion on the products you have selected!
