You can customize or block the Order Shipped (lab-fulfilled orders) and Order self-shipped (self-fulfilled orders) emails that the client receives once their order has shipped.
Blocking the Order-Shipped Email
1. To begin, go to Settings from your Main Dashboard.
2. In the Email Packages tab, select the Email Package you want to edit, and checkmark the Block email checkbox for the Order Shipped and/or Order self-shipped email.
Please Note: The Order shipped email refers to lab-fulfilled orders and the Order self-shipped email refers to self-fulfilled orders.
Now the client will not be automatically notified when their order has shipped.
