How do I Edit the Order Ready for Pickup Email?

When marking your orders as Ready for Pickup (on the Orders page), your client will be emailed notifying them that they can pick it up. By default, the email will use your Pickup details, but you can customize this or disable the email.

Editing the ‘Order Ready for Pickup’ Email

1. To begin, go to Settings from your Main Dashboard.

2. In the Email Packages tab, click the pencil icon next to the Order ready for pickup email.

3. Here you can adjust the Email Subject, Title, Message, and Order Details Title. Click Apply to save your changes.

4. To Block the email, checkmark the first checkbox.

5. To receive a BCC copy of the email to your own inbox, checkmark the second checkbox.

Then you will receive a copy of the email sent to your client.
