The Workflow tab that you are familiar with in Pic-Time 1.0 galleries is being discontinued in Pic-Time 2.0, however all the features that were found within are being moved to other locations.
Please Note: Some features are still being redesigned and will be added to the system soon. You can always check our article here for the latest updates!
Please Note: Downloading from the Photos & Media tab is not available on the Free plan.
Send/Download
Send/Download is now In the Photos & Media tab. Checkmark the images you want to download, click on the three dots to select the scene, or Filter for specific media.
Then click to Share photos, and click to Download.
You can also perform other actions, such as:
Share as gallery
Create a blog
Create slideshow
Send photos by email
Share via mobile
Download CSV List
User’s Favorites
User’s Favorites are now a type of Collection, and can be found in the Gallery Dashboard tab, under Collections.
After clicking on a specific user’s Collection, you can click Share Photos to:

Shared by Email or Social Media
Media Shared by Email and Social Media Shares are now in the Gallery Dashboard tab, under Shares.

Client Selections (Selection Request)
We will be adding back the Photo Selection Request tool with new and updated functionality to Pic-Time 2.0 in the upcoming months! In the meantime, you and your clients can take advantage of the new Collections feature in their gallery, an easy way for them to group their favorite photos together. You can see all the Collections from the gallery’s Gallery Dashboard tab.
Album Proofing
We will be adding back in the Album Proofing tool with new and updated functions to Pic-Time 2.0 in the upcoming months! In the meantime, you and your clients can check out the Next Gen Album Designer which features more layouts, new customizations, and intuitive interface that makes it easy to create albums.
