You can view all Favorites and Collections created by clients (or other users) in several places:
Gallery Dashboard: See top-liked media and all Favorites and Collections created by any gallery visitor.
Photos & Media tab: Filter and organize gallery media by any user’s Favorites and Collections.
Slideshow and Blog Editor: Build Slideshows and Blogs using any user’s Favorites and Collections.
Your Lightroom Catalog: Sync Favorites and Collections directly to Lightroom using the Lightroom Plugin.
Shop Editor: Design products in the shop using any user’s Favorites and Collections.
Gallery Dashboard
View All Favorites and Collections
1. In the Gallery Dashboard, click Collections created.
2. You can filter by collection name, client name, email, or user type to narrow your results.
Click on All types to select the type you wish to view from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the listed Collection to view the media in that Collection.
4. You can checkmark to remove or add photos to your selection, and then click to Share and from the drop-down menu select whether you wish to Download, Send photos by email, Share via mobile, or download the CSV list of the filenames.
View Gallery faves at a glance
The most liked media from the gallery will appear in the Gallery Dashboard. Click an image to view.
Then click the copy icon to copy the filename, or click the Download button to download the file.
Photos & Media Tab
In the Photos & Media tab, you can easily filter your gallery media by any client or user’s Favorites and Collections. This makes it simple to organize your gallery, create new scenes based on what clients have liked, or quickly pull up specific groups of images.
Filter to create a new scene
1. In the Photos & Media tab, click Filter & AI Search.
2. Select Favorites or Client’s Collections, then choose the relevant list from the drop-down. You can click to Select All or checkmark specific images.
3. From there, you can Share photos, or Manage photos to move to a scene, set the list as a Highlights scene, or set them as vendor-only images.
Slideshow and Blog Editor
When creating a Slideshow or Blog, you can choose any Favorites or Collections your clients (or other users) have made. This allows you to build a Slideshow or Blog directly from the images they’ve selected and curated themselves.
1. When selecting photos, click Filter & AI Search.
2. Select Favorites or Client’s Collections, then choose the relevant list from the drop-down.
3. Click to Select All images and then select Add Photos to continue creating your Slideshow.
Lightroom Catalog
If you are using the Lightroom Plugin, you can easily sync the Favorites list and Collections into Lightroom. Learn more.
Shop Editor
When designing products in the shop, you and your clients can select photos directly from their Favorites and Collections. Learn more.
