There are many different shipping options that can be set up for your clients.

In addition, you can:

Shipping Method Display

The shipping method is shown on the checkout page.

If multiple shipping methods are available, a dropdown will appear at checkout for your client to select their preferred method.

The client will see their selected method (eg, standard, rush, expedited), estimated arrival time, and any specific notes about the shipping such as local customs fees.

Digital Products

There will not be any shipping option if the order contains only digital products (including Custom Products delivered digitally). Instead, the client will receive an email with the link to download, as well as be able to access it from their Orders after purchase.

Local Pickup

If you have Pickup available as an option, the client can checkmark to pick up the items in person. It will switch all applicable products as Pickup and your personalized Pickup message will be displayed. Learn more.

Free Shipping Sale

With our Automations, you can also create a Free Shipping sale with a minimum order requirement, so when your client’s cart reaches an amount designated by you they get free shipping on their order. This encourages clients to place larger orders. Learn more.

Item cannot be shipped to your address

Sometimes your client may see the following message at checkout: “The following item cannot be shipped to your address”.

If they see this message, it means the lab you have selected for this product does not ship to your client’s delivery address, or there is a problem with your self-fulfilled shipping setup. If your client reports this message, we recommend checking that your selected labs can deliver to the country your client is trying to deliver to. In some cases, you may need to switch fulfiller labs.

After the client is done selecting their shipping, they can Continue to payment to proceed with checkout.
