This article will guide you through the ways to manually and automatically switch your gallery status.

Manually switch gallery online or offline

1. First go to a specific gallery, then click on the eye icon underneath the gallery’s name. Here, you will be able to toggle your gallery to an Online or Offline status.

Automatically switch gallery online or offline

When sending the gallery to a client

When you create your client gallery, it is offline by default until it is shared with clients. Once the gallery is sent to your client, it is then turned online. In the Share tab of the gallery, enter your client’s name and email whenever you’re ready to share with them. Click to invite the client. The gallery will then be online.

Please Note: When scheduling emails, you need to manually set the gallery to be online, otherwise the email cannot send. Learn more here.

When there’s a shop sale

If galleries are already offline/expired, they are automatically switched to the online - by app status for the campaign duration of a Sales Automation that has been assigned to them.

For example, if you assign an anniversary automation, it will bring the gallery back online during the duration of the sale, and revert it back to offline once the sale is complete. Learn more here!

When the gallery expires

If you set up gallery expiration, the gallery will be switched to the offline status upon expiration.

You can set up gallery expiration either through the Gallery Setup, or through the Gallery Expiration Automation.

If you want to set it back online again, you can set it manually (link to above) or add a campaign for a specific duration (link to section above)
