Expired Galleries
If the gallery has already expired for your client (the gallery status is Offline), or you have removed the gallery, they will no longer be able to access or download their free or purchased media. They will only be able to access their media again if a Marketing App switches the gallery back Online, or if you manually turn the gallery back Online.
