How do I Bring Galleries Back Online for a Store Sale?

If galleries are offline/expired, they are automatically switched to the Online status for the campaign duration of a Marketing Automation app that has been assigned to them. For example, the Anniversary Gift app will automatically bring the gallery back online every year while the sale is occurring. Newly assigned apps, such as Holiday apps, will bring the gallery back online during the sale, and revert it back to offline once the sale is complete.

Assign App to Gallery

1. From either the Campaigns or the Automations tab in the Sales & Automations section, click on the app.

2. Click Assign to Galleries.

3. Click the pencil icon to select your galleries.

Please Note: Some apps may have different or additional assignment options.

4. You can filter just your Offline galleries if you like, or filter any other parameters.

5. Checkmark which galleries you’d like to receive the discount, and click Apply.

6. Complete any additional options, and click Apply to add the sale to your galleries.

7. You can also assign the app to each gallery individually. From the Automations & Discounts tab in each gallery, click + More Automations.

8. Select your app.

9. Complete any additional assignment options, and click Apply to add the sale to your gallery.

Online by App

When the app is active it will switch the gallery to Online - By App. To switch the gallery back to Offline, remove the sales app by clicking the toggle button. The gallery will then be switched back to Offline.
