The Quick Buy option increases sales for your store by streamlining the purchasing process and enhancing your client experience. Clients can seamlessly purchase their preferred images in various products directly from the gallery. This article will walk you through how to utilize the Quick Buy option in the client gallery.
Quick Buy
1. Once your client has accessed their gallery, they can view their favorite photographs. The client will hover over an image they’d like to quickly add to their cart and select Buy.
2. When the Quick Buy menu appears, the client can quickly select and customize Prints, Frames, Gallery Boards, and Downloads if you’ve enabled them in your store.
Prints
When a client uses Quick Buy to purchase Prints from your store, they will be offered your selection of print sizes with their respective prices. This selection will reflect what already appears in your store.
After selecting a size, they will be taken to a menu where they can change the quantity, Edit Crop, and select Paper Type.
Once their selections are complete, they will click Add to Cart.
Frames
When a client uses Quick Buy to purchase Frames from your store, they will be offered your selection of frame sizes with their respective prices. This selection will reflect what already appears in your store.
After selecting a frame size, they will be taken to a menu where they can change the quantity, Edit Crop, and select Color for their frame.
Please Note: The Quick Buy does not enable print size selection within the frame, so if the client wants to further customize, they can edit the product after adding it to the cart, or go to the full shop.
Once their selections are complete, they will click Add to Cart.
Gallery Boards
When a client uses Quick Buy to purchase Boards from your store, they will be offered your selection of sizes with their respective prices. This selection will reflect what already appears in your store.
After selecting a size, they will be taken to a menu where they can change the quantity, Edit Crop, and select the orientation of their gallery board.
Once their selections are complete, they will click Add to Cart.
Downloads
When a client uses Quick Buy to purchase Downloads from your store, they will be offered whether they’d like to Buy 1 Photo or Buy Full Gallery Downloads. They can also choose the type of photo resolution or license they wish to purchase. This selection will reflect what already appears in your store.
See Other Products
In the Quick Buy menu, the client can select See other products to view other products offered in your store.
Once this is selected, they will be moved from the Quick Buy menu to the gallery’s shop.
Please note: Clicking See other products doesn't retain the selected image but redirects users to the general shop. To encourage clients to explore other product options with their chosen photo, prompt them to Favorite it instead.
