What do I do if emails aren't sending to my client?

If emails are not sending to your client or you see this message under the Main Client email in the Share tab: “We could not send emails to this address, please verify that this email address is correct,” double-check to make sure the email is spelled correctly and there are not any typos. In addition, reach out to your client to make sure the email address is correct.

If you have confirmed that the email is correct and the email still will not send, please reach out to our support team via the chat box in your account or email [email protected] with the client’s email address so we can verify the email on our end.

How to Check Sent Emails

1. To check if the email sent to the client successfully, go to the Dashboard tab of the gallery and click View all activity.

2. Select all users or a specific user type.

3. Emails that have been sent for each user will be listed.

How to Resend Gallery Invite Emails

If you need to resend gallery invite emails, you can resend them through the Share tab of the gallery. Click Send to Client to resend the gallery invite to your Main Client.

To resend a gallery invite to a Photographer Invited user, click the 3 dots next to the Photographer Invited user and click Resend invitation.

Update Emails

In general, if clients or gallery guests need to update their email address, they can do so from their account. If you have invited a Photographer Invited user with a typo in their email, from the Share tab, click on the X next to their incorrect email to remove. Then re-invite the user with the correct email.
