You can share the gallery with various Photographer Invited users and resend the invitation to an individual or all users.

1. In the Share tab of the gallery, you can resend the invitation to those Photographer Invited users that you have previously shared the gallery with.

Hover over the user information and click the three dots menu. You can choose to resend the individual invitation or Resend All.

2. If needed, modify the email message and click Send Email when ready.

If you want to update a Photographer Invited user’s access to gallery Scenes, you first need to remove the user and then add their details again with different access settings:

1. Hover over the user information and click the x icon to Delete User.

2. When prompted, confirm that you wish to Delete the user.

3. Add the user’s Name and Email, and select which scenes to show from the drop-down menu. If you wish to add more users, click on + Add More, fill in their details and adjust their scene access. Then click Continue.

4. If needed, modify the email message and click Send Email when ready. If you do not wish to send a new email invitation, simply click the x icon.

5. The user information should now reflect updated scene access.
