How do I Send Photos from the Workflow Tab?

A photographer is able to send any client a zip file of any of the photos from the gallery. This feature is available via the Workflow tab of the gallery. The email sent to a client will include a direct link to zip file, readily available to download to their computer. This client is not required to access the gallery in order to download the file.

Workflow Tab

You can send a zip file via the Send/Download Photos, Client Likes, Shared by Email/Social Media, Client Downloads or Client Selection.

1. Go to a Client Gallery and in the Workflow tab, click on Send/Download Photos.

1. Select the photos you would like to include in the zip file by clicking on each photo.

2. Click Send by Email.

3. Enter the email address and message.

4. Checkmark Send full resolution files if you would like to send the original file size. Uncheck the option if you would like to resize the images being sent (i.e., 2048 on the long edge- ideal for Facebook sharing).

5. Review the email body on the right side and click Send Email.

6. Email will be send immediately and the recipient can download the images by clicking on Download Photos in their email.

These steps can be repeated for the Client Likes, Email/Social Media Shared, Client Downloads and Client Selection Tool.


Resend Photos

1. If you want to download or resend any previously sent photo selections, click Sent Items from the Workflow tab.

2. Then resend the photos via email or download.
