What is the best way to edit a Classic Holiday Campaign?

Easily edit your Classic Holiday Campaign after assigning it to galleries to ensure your clients have a smooth shopping experience.

View App

1. Click on Sales & Automation from your Main Dashboard.

2. Under the Campaigns tab, click on the app you wish to edit.

Check Which Emails have Sent

3. Click on Sent Emails to see if any emails have been delivered to your client already, so you don't send the same email twice.

3. If any emails have sent, you can click View Email to see the specific email. Keep this in mind when editing the app. In general you will want to delete this sent email from the new app so that your client does not receive it twice.

Unassign the App

4. Then from the App editor, click Assignments.

5. Click on the three dots next to the assignment, and click Unassign. When you unassign, the client will not receive any more emails from the app, banners will be removed from the gallery and shop, and they will not be able to use the original discount.

Pro Tip: If you need to make an edit to the app that isn't time-sensitive, you can unassign the original app after duplicating and editing the app.

6. Then from your Marketing Dashboard (under Sales & Automation > Campaigns), click on the three dots next to the original app, and click Duplicate.

7. Select the new duplicated version.

Pro Tip: click on the three dots again to rename your app. We suggest adding "v1" or "v2" to the name, or adding the date the app was duplicated so you can easily keep track of the two versions.

8. Make any needed edits, and delete any emails that have already been sent to your clients through the original app by clicking on the trashcan icon.

Assign to Galleries

9. Then click Assign to Galleries to assign the updated app to your galleries.
