Once your photos are organized in their folders/scenes in Lightroom, it's time to publish the gallery.

Publish the Gallery

1. Under the Pic-Time Publish Service, select the gallery name and click Publish to upload the entire gallery to Pic-Time.

Pro Tip: If you select the gallery name and click Publish, the whole gallery will be published. If you would like to only publish a certain scene, select the scene and click Publish.

2. When first uploading photos to your gallery, you may be asked to be taken to Pic-Time.com to configure your gallery settings (i.e. client information, download permissions, and other gallery settings). At any time, you can review the gallery on Pic-Time by right-clicking on the gallery name, and selecting Show in Pic-Time.

Republish Photos

When you make edits to the published (uploaded) images in Lightroom, Lightroom recognizes these changes and will mark these images for re-publish. Click Publish for the changes to reflect on Pic-Time.

Alternatively, you can also right-click on the gallery, and select Publish Now or Mark to Republish.

Please Note: changing the rating/color label of an image won't automatically mark it to be updated. You will first want to Mark for Republish and then Publish the gallery for the changes to be reflected in Pic-Time.

Please Note: When you remove photos that were published (uploaded) in scenes and click Publish, the photos will be removed from Pic-Time. If you remove a photo from the Selections folder, it will be removed only locally and will stay in the corresponding scene in Pic-Time.

If you remove a scene from your gallery it will be removed from Pic-Time, however, entire galleries cannot be removed from Pic-Time via the Lightroom Plug-in.
