If you’re eligible, the offer will appear in your Main Dashboard as a pop-up or banner. Upgrade to a yearly Pic-Time subscription before December 1st, and the offer will be applied automatically at checkout.

Is there a discount code for Black Friday?
No code is needed! If you are eligible, the discount is applied automatically when you upgrade your subscription before December 1st. Look for a banner or pop-up in your account to confirm eligibility and upgrade.
I’m an existing user. Can I get a discount?
Yes, you can! Log in to your Pic-Time account to see your offer.
If I upgrade now, will I lose the time I have left on my current subscription?
No. When you upgrade, any remaining time will be adjusted to the value of your new plan and credited to the end of your subscription period, so you will not lose any time. The payment confirmation screen will show the exact details.
I want to purchase a monthly subscription. Can I get the Black Friday offer?
The Black Friday Sale is for yearly subscriptions only. You can still take advantage of the offer by switching to a yearly subscription before December 1. (Learn more).
My subscription is set to renew DURING the Black Friday sale. Do I need to do anything to get a discount?
No action is needed. If your renewal date falls during the Black Friday sale (before December 1), the renewal discount will be applied automatically.
My subscription is set to renew AFTER the Black Friday sale. Do I still need to purchase a subscription to receive the discount?
Yes. To take advantage of the discount, you will need to purchase a subscription before December 1st. Otherwise, your plan will renew at the standard rate.
Will my subscription renew next year on this pricing?
No, this pricing is only available during our Black Friday campaign. If you purchase/renew a subscription after the campaign, it will be on our standard pricing.
What happens to my 30-day free trial if I purchase a yearly plan during the sale?
If you purchase a yearly plan during your free trial, you'll be charged immediately, and your paid plan with its features will activate at the same time, replacing the trial.
The remaining days of your free trial will be added to the end of your subscription period.
Can I purchase 2 years in advance to take advantage of the sale price?
Yes, you can! You can buy multiple years of your subscription in advance. Complete your purchases by December 1st to get the special offer.
To do this, after you have purchased your first year, go to Plans & Billing in your account, click ‘Manage’ next to your subscription, and purchase any additional years one at a time. (Learn more).
I’ve been with Pic-Time before the price update. Why am I getting a smaller discount than the one advertised?
Your offer reflects your legacy pricing, which remains lower than the current rates, along with an additional promotional discount. While new subscribers receive a larger discount in their first year, their renewal pricing follows the standard rates going forward. Because you’re on grandfathered pricing, your ongoing cost stays the most advantageous, as a thank-you for being a long-time Pic-Time user.
Are additional brands included in the promotion?
No, the promotion applies only to the base subscription. Additional brands can still be added at the standard add-on price.
Does the discount apply to add-ons?
No. The promotion only covers the base subscription. Add-ons remain available at their regular prices.
Can I move my galleries from another service?
Yes! We offer a free Migration Service for your first 200 galleries when you upgrade to a yearly Advanced or Professional plan and submit the Migration Form before December 1st.

Will I be charged immediately at the discounted rate if I subscribe or extend my subscription?

If you already have an active subscription, any remaining time will be automatically adjusted to the value of your new plan and added to the end of your subscription period. The purchase confirmation screen will show the exact details.
